NEW CITY, NY — Rockland residents who have been released from either quarantine or isolation after being exposed to or infected with the new coronavirus can request a release letter from the county health department online.
These letters serve as confirmation that a person may return to work or school. Residents can request a letter by completing a questionnaire.
“We are happy to be able to provide a quick and convenient way for our residents who recovered from COVID-19 to get the clearance they need in order to return to their everyday lives," said Health Department Commissioner Dr. Patricia Ruppert. "This process will help our residents get back to work as soon as they have met the release criteria."
