Woman Trips Over Bread Display, Sues ShopRite
Helen Fromen, 66, claims she suffered 'great pain' and severe and permanent bodily injuries,' after the ordeal at the Englewood store.

A woman who says she suffered great pain after tripping over a bread display has filed a lawsuit against ShopRite of Englewood, according to a report on NJ.com.
Rockland County resident Helen Fromen, 66, alleged in the suit that she was in the store on Nov. 17, 2015 when she fell over a display that had been left in the middle of the bread aisle, NJ.com reported.
The suit names ShopRite and New York-based Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery, which made and brought the bread to the store and set up the display, according to the report. As a result negligence, Fromen said she "suffered severe and permanent bodily injuries" along with "great pain" and has been permanently disabled as a result of the fall, the suit alleges. Fromen is demanding a jury trial and unspecified damages.
