Severe Storm Warning For Part Of Hudson Valley
BREAKING: 60 mph winds in parts of Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Westchester

A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for all of Rockland County plus northern Westchester County, southeastern Orange County,and western Putnam County. It's in effect until 4:15 p.m.
The National Weather Service said at 3:11 p.m. , a severe thunderstorm was located over Suffern, moving northeast at 30 mph.
- HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
- SOURCE...Radar indicated.
- IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
- LOCATIONS affected include...
- New City, Ossining, Peekskill, Monsey, Nanuet, Ramsey, Ringwood, Haverstraw, Suffern, Mahopac, West Point, Sloatsburg, Cold Spring, Pearl River and Pomona.
There is also a severe thunderstorm warning for eastern Ulster and Dutchess County until 5:00 p.m.
