Severe Thunderstorms Possible: Hudson Valley
A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued for the lower Hudson Valley.

The National Weather Service predicts a small chance of strong to possibly severe thunderstorms from this afternoon into this evening.
A trough of low pressure remains just to our west through Tuesday,
followed by a dying cold front moving into the area Tuesday night.
There is a chance of isolated to scattered showers and
thunderstorms, mainly to the north and west this afternoon and
evening, then over all but far SE CT and far eastern Long Island
tonight through Tuesday night. There is a small chance for strong to
possibly severe thunderstorms over Northeast New Jersey and the
Lower Hudson Valley this afternoon and evening as well.
Highs today and Tuesday should be near normal and lows tonight and
Tuesday night should be up to 5 degrees above normal.
Weak high pressure builds in on Wednesday, with fair weather and
highs near to slightly above normal.
