Shoplifting: $1,371 Worth of Clothes from Victoria's Secret

Clarkstown police report arresting a woman and a teen.

WEST NYACK, NY — A report of shoplifting sent the Clarkstown Police Department to Victoria’s Secret at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack at about 8:50 p.m. Nov. 8.

Two suspects, Deja Medley, 21, and a 15-year-old boy were arrested at the scene. Both are from the Bronx.

The two were reportedly observed by loss prevention employees taking women’s clothing valued at $1,371, police said.

They were charged with grand larceny 4th (felony) and criminal possession of stolen property 4th (felony).

Medley was released on an appearance ticket and will return to Clarkstown Justice Court on November 16, 2016. The 15-year-old was released to his guardian and his case will be handled by the Clarkstown Juvenile Aid Bureau.
