Spring Valley High School Student Attacked By Ex-Boyfriend: Police

Police say the incident occurred in the high school parking lot and a helicopter was used to assist in the arrest.

Spring Valley High School was placed into a lockdown for 30 minutes Wednesday morning as a man was arrested for allegedly approaching his 16-year-old former girlfriend with a knife, News 12 reports.

The incident occurred in the school’s parking lot area. No significant injuries were reported.

The suspect, whose name has not been released as of yet, tried to run from cops but he was soon found with the assist of a helicopter and K-9 unit.
