Stony Point Man Accused Of Breaking Window During Domestic Dispute
He had a fight at 6:40 a.m. with his ex-girlfriend, police said.
STONY POINT, NY — A Stony Point resident faces a felony criminal mischief charge after a domestic dispute over the weekend.
Police allege that Emerenciano Defrank, 39, intentionally broke a window during a dispute with an ex-girlfriend at 6:40 a.m. Sunday.
He was arrested, arraigned, and released on an appearance ticket as per bail reform guidelines, police said. He is due back in Stony Point Justice Court on May 2.
