ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY — New York State police were called to a road rage incident early Wednesday morning on the New York State Thruway in Rockland County.The incident at 6:30 a.m. involved two northbound vehicles, police said. Troopers located and stopped both. They determined that Davonne S. Wilmore, 31, of the Bronx, had thrown a water bottle at a 2019 Mercedes-Benz truck. It caused damage, police said. They did not say what started the altercation.Wilmore was taken to state police offices in Newburgh and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ramapo Court on Aug. 25.
