Thruway Road Rage Incident Involved Water Bottle
State police said a Mercedes Benz truck was damaged.
ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY — New York State police were called to a road rage incident early Wednesday morning on the New York State Thruway in Rockland County.
The incident at 6:30 a.m. involved two northbound vehicles, police said. Troopers located and stopped both.
They determined that Davonne S. Wilmore, 31, of the Bronx, had thrown a water bottle at a 2019 Mercedes-Benz truck. It caused damage, police said.

They did not say what started the altercation.
Wilmore was taken to state police offices in Newburgh and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ramapo Court on Aug. 25.
