Thunderstorms Could Usher In Cold Weekend
Sadly the Hudson Valley's dry-out period will be brief. Here are the details.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Hope you didn't get too used to nice weather Wednesday. We return to wet Friday, with a chance of disruptive thunderstorms, and that will usher in a weekend much colder than usual this time of year.
"A storm system approaching the Northeast will likely lead to an isolated threat for strong to severe thunderstorms Friday afternoon," AccuWeather Meteorologist Brandon Buckingham said.
Gusty winds would be the primary threat Friday. Thunderstorms are predicted as possible in Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties.

Then on Saturday it will be dry, but it could be 10 degrees lower than usual highs (above 70 degrees F). Sunday and Monday will be downright chilly as well as (of course) wet.
