PROGRAM: Help kids and adults get hooked on fishing. The benefits of developing and enhancing self-esteem to our youth and adults through fishing programs have priceless benefits to our community – promotes a nationwide effort to get more kids and adults outside and discover the fun and excitement of fishing. Bring your fishing rod and tackle box each day to fish Congers Lake.

TRIP INFORMATION:
On Friday, August 19th, we will be meeting at 3:30 PM at Congers Lake Memorial Park to travel individually to New Rochelle, New York to fish on the Sound Bound Fishing Charters from 5:30 PM to sunset. The address of the Sound Bound Fishing Charters is Harbor Island Park, 123 Mamaroneck Avenue, Mamaroneck, NY 10543. Each member is eligible to go on the trip by themselves if they are over the age of 18. If younger, you must be accompanied by a parent/guardian over the age of 18. The parent/guardian will need to pay separately for the trip. For information about the Sound Bound Fishing Charters, visit their website at www.soundboundcharters.com. All fishing rods and tackle is included in price for the fishing trip on the Sound Bound Fishing Charters for Friday, August 19th. Rain date for the trip is Friday, August 26th. Each participant must be accompanied by 1 adult only as boat space is limited.
CAMP / TRIP FEE: $90.00
$70.00 trip only (must register 2 weeks prior to trip – no refunds)

*Residents who register for the camp will have first priority to sign up for the trip. If not all spaces are filled, fishing trip will be open for residents.
REGISTRATION: Registration is available at the Administration Building, 31 Zukor Road, New City and online through your CommunityPass Account at https://register.communitypass.net/Clarkstown. If you have not set up an account please do so at the above web address. Once your household is created, please come into the Recreation and Parks Office to prove your residency. If you own your home, please bring in your Driver’s License. If you are a renter, you MUST provide 3 forms of residency. Copy of Birth Certificate is required for anyone under the age of 18.
