Town of Clarkstown Lake Nanuet Swim Birthday Party
Registration begins Saturday, April 11, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

PROGRAM: Have your child’s ”BIRTHDAY PARTY” at Lake Nanuet
ELIGIBLE: All boys and girls ages 4 - 6th grade residing in the Town of Clarkstown

LOCATION: LAKE NANUET - There could be two parties going on at once (1 Lake Nanuet Drive , Nanuet, NY)
DATES: ON SATURDAYS ONLY, beginning July 4, 2015 - August 29, 2015

TIMES: 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. - Pool Time/Swim Activities; 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Picnic Area/Refreshments
55215-D: Area A - Entrance side of the pool
555215-E: Area B- Far side of the pool
In case of rain, the party will be cancelled by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and moved to Sunday.
ACTIVITIES: Enjoy one and a half hours of pool activities (includes swimming races, use of water slide, water games to be conducted by our certified lifeguards). Then parents supply and serve refreshments in the Picnic Area.
Use of the Picnic Area to enjoy refreshments such as: Ice cream, burgers, pizza, soda, birthday cake, etc. to be brought in and served by parents. Barbecue grills available in Picnic Area. Limit of 25 participants.
Parents or guardians of “Birthday Child” are required to remain with children. We request that the participants wear swim attire in the pool area. Children ONLY may swim. No swimmies or tubes may be used in the pool.
FEE: $240.00 - Includes supervision, organized activities, use of equipment and facilities. PAYMENT IN FULL AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. Refunds will not be given for cancelled birthday parties, unless we can fill the date with another party. Make checks payable: CLARKSTOWN P.B.R.C.
REGISTRATION: Special registration begins Saturday, April 11, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Zukor Park Administration Building, 31 Zukor Road and continues during the following registration hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday & Friday Evenings: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday Mornings: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon
PROOF OF RESIDENCY: e.g. valid NYS license and current utility bill of primary residence. When you register for a program two weeks (or less) prior to the start date, the fee must be paid in cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
