Town of Clarkstown Mini Golf Special Events/Birthday Parties

Program: Have your ”special event”/birthday party at Germonds Park Miniature Golf Course

Eligible: All groups such as Rotary Clubs, Youth Sports Teams, Corporate Functions, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, Family Reunions, Birthday Parties, Etc.

Location: Germonds Park Miniature Golf Course, Germonds Road, West Nyack

Dates: May 2, 2015 thru September 27, 2015

Times: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (38015-A) or 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (38015-B)

Days: Saturdays or Sundays (Call the Administration Office at 639-6200 to inquire about the availability of off-peak days/hours to schedule your event).

Raindate: Event/Birthday Parties will be made up with the next AVAILABLE date that is convenient with the resident

Activities: One round of Mini Golf (18 holes). Contact the Administration Office about renting the picnic shelter or reserving a picnic area for your event.

Fee: $150.00 (for the first 40 golfers) - $4.00 for each additional golfer. Fee includes supervision, use of equipment and facilities . Additional golfers (over 40) can be paid for at the time of registration or in cash on the day of the party at the mini golf course cashier booth.

Payment in full at the time of registration - refunds will NOT be given for cancelled events, unless we can fill the date with another event. Make checks payable to: Clarkstown P.B.R.C.

Proof of residency (valid NYS driver’s license and current utility bill of primary residency) are required.

Registration Hours:

Monday through Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday & Friday evenings: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Saturday mornings: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
