Dr. Travis Jackson was entering the fourth grade when Thurgood Marshall came to Rockland County to help desegregate the Hillburn schools. Dr. Jackson will lead this informative walking tour around the village of Hillburn and describe the important civil rights event that took place in 1943.

This Walk through History is a registered New York State Path through History event.
