The tickets were sold in Sloatsburg, Brooklyn and Clay:

  • NEPTUNE STATIONERY CORP at 3365 NEPTUNE AVE in BROOKLYN, which sold 1 prize winning ticket worth $22,188.00
  • HAYWARD'S DELI & MARKET at 59 ORANGE TURNPIKE in SLOATSBURG, which sold 1 prize winning ticket worth $22,188.00
  • NICE N EASY #7631 at 8578 HENRY CLAY BLVD in CLAY, which sold 1 prize winning ticket worth $22,188.00

Take 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. Drawings take place every evening at 11:21 p.m. Winning tickets at all prize levels may be cashed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
