2 Men Rob New Hyde Park Bank at Gunpoint
The robbery occurred Thursday morning, police said.

Police are looking to identify two masked men who robbed a New Hyde Park bank at gunpoint Thursday morning.
According to authorities, the men entered Chase Bank, located at 2335 New Hyde Park Road, and demanded money from employees at 8:39 a.m.
Police said one of the robbers stayed by the door while the second robber went to the counter, displayed a black handgun in his waistband and ordered employees to fill a black bag with money.

Both of the robbers fled in a gray four-door vehicle south through the parking lot of the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.
There were three employees and two customers in the bank at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported.

Police described the first robber as black, between 25-30 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, about 170 pounds and wearing dark jeans, a dark button-up jacket, a light-colored hooded sweatshirt, a green mask and white and black cotton-type dotted gloves.
Police described the second robber as black, 6 feet tall, about 175 pounds, and wearing dark jeans, dark sneakers, a dark hooded sweatshirt under a camouflage jacket and a black cloth covering his face.
Detectives request anyone with information regarding the robbery to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
