Duo Arrested For Armed Daytime Nassau Bank Robbery: Police
Police say the two robbed the bank and then fled, but were found a short time later by officers.

A Suffolk duo was arrested on Friday and charged with robbing a bank at gunpoint in North New Hyde Park.
According to police, David Freeland, of Covingtong Street, Huntington Station, entered the TD Bank at 110 Hillside Ave. at 10:38 a.m. wearing a face mask. Police say he pulled out a handgun, announced a robbery was happening and demanded money from the teller. Freeland pointed the gun at the teller, police said, and the teller gave him money.
He then fled to a waiting silver Hyundai Accent driven by Stephanie Boehringer, of Patchogue Drive, Rocky Point, police say, and the two drove off.
