Director of Fleet and Risk Management, Pear Core Solutions, Plainview

Duties include:

• Asset management
• Logistics
• Budgetary controls
• Repair and service management with third-party provider
• Service and repair management through in-house or outsourced staff
• Policy and practice compliance
• Operating systems data maintenance & reporting
• Administering fuel card processes
• Coordination of claims within our insurance processes and third-party provider

HR Manager, Cablevision Corporate, Jericho

• Act as the primary HR contact for all employee complaints and concerns within his or her functional business unit while insuring the integrity of the complaint review process and procedures
• Coach and counsel management and employees in areas of conflict resolution, progressive discipline, motivation and performance appraisals
• Communicate upward within the human resources organization ensuring that the local director is current to all issues within his/her respective functional units Handle any investigations potential, perceived or real EEO, ULP, discrimination, harassment, or any other employee relations problems throughout the system(s) as requested by senior management and/or legal counsel while preparing written analysis/reports with findings and recommendations for resolution
• Act as the liaison on all compensation and benefits issues as they relate to his/her specific functional group(s).
• Implements preventive and responsive actions to maintain the company's status of independence from third party intervention
• Research and develop plans and recommendations for improvements while developing a strong knowledge of the employee base within his/her assigned functional unit
• Working with the HR Director, the HR Manager will be responsible for project development and execution

Assistant Director, New York Hospital Queens, Flushing

Duties:

• Maintain a clean and healing environment for patients, visitors and staff through the operations of the EVS department while also overseeing the Linen distribution.  
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure proper staffing and performance
• Evaluate staff
• Participate in setting up training classes and instruction to workers in cleaning methods and infections control principles
• Inspect equipment, supplies
• Implementing performance improvement plans.

Development Director, Boys & Girls Club of America, Glen Cove

• Provide leadership and direction to the Executive Director in the effective operation of all development activities required to fund Club operations and deliver programs within the community.
• Ensure the evaluations of development activities and identify opportunities to improve results 
• Oversee planning of logistics for all fundraisers/special events including obtaining sponsorships, solicitation of gifts and preparing related printed materials and publications.
