League of Women Voters Candidate Forum is Tuesday

Learn more about those running for political office at the upcoming candidate forum co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Port Washington-Manhasset and Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Shelter Rock in Manhasset on Oct. 7 at 6:30 p.m.

Candidates will discuss their qualifications for the US Congressional District 3, NYS Senate District 7, NYS Assembly Districts 13 & 16, and Town of North Hempstead Council District 2. All voters are encouraged to attend to learn their candidates’ positions on important issues and to ask questions.
