Man Robs New Hyde Park Convenience Store at Gunpoint
The robbery occurred Thursday night.

Police are looking to identify the man who robbed a New Hyde Park convenience store at gunpoint Thursday night.
According to authorities, a man entered Grab and Go, located at 72-10 Union Turnpike, and demanded money from the store clerk while revealing a silver revolver in his waistband at 11:30 p.m.
The robber fled the scene on foot southbound on Lakeville Road with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No injuries were reported.
Police described the robber as 5-foot-6-inches tall, wearing a black shirt, black pants, black hat and a black scarf.
