Manor Oaks Turkey Trot Donates 730 Cans of Food to Those in Need

Manor Oaks School collected over 730 food items for local families in need at the school’s fourth annual Turkey Trot in November.

The entry fee for the race or the fun run was a can of food, which would then given to local families and donated to The Freeport Inn and Holy Spirit Church.

Leading up to the race, Mrs. Lisa Santos prepared the students. If they were not ready for the full race, the students could still participate in the fun run.
