Police: Heroin, Gun Found on Man Who Burglarized New Hyde Park Homes
A loaded .45 caliber handgun, a gravity knife and heroin were found in his possession Saturday, police said.

Authorities found drugs, a loaded handgun and a gravity knife after they arrested a Queens man Saturday for burglarizing two New Hyde Park homes and a Garden City Park home over the past few months, police said.
According to authorities, Kasheem M. Hill, 34, of South Ozone Park, stole jewelry, cash and personal papers from a White Avenue home in New Hyde Park on Wednesday, Jan. 31 and also stole personal property, cash and jewelry from a First Avenue home in New Hyde Park on Saturday, Feb. 28.
The suspect most recently stole cash and jewelry from a Hillside Drive South home in Garden City Park on Saturday, May 28, police said.

Hill was arrested Saturday without incident after officers saw him getting into a vehicle on Jericho Turnpike in Bellerose. He was in possession of a loaded .45 caliber handgun, a gravity knife and heroin, police said.
Hill is charged with three counts of second degree burglary, four counts of third degree criminal possession of a deadly weapon and fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
