Here is the problem I am having with Honda. The battery on my 18 month old CRV is bad and needed replacement. American Honda is in agreement but there are several problems before I can be reimbursed.
I have been assigned a Case Manager who only works for one hour a day. Aparently, whenever I call it is never his one hour of work for the day. He asked for proof of purchase, no problem, I sent him the bill of sale for the new battery. He asked for proof of payment, no problem, I sent him my receipt. Stop me if I’m wrong, but how could I drive out of the station without paying. This is not good enough for American Honda. Now they want me to send them my Credit Card Statement. My Credit Card Statement is my business and not theirs. Will they now want to see my canceled check as well? How about next month’s statement showing that the balance has been paid off? Maybe my bank statement as well showing my transfer of the funds from savings to checking.
If this is not bad enough, I call and ask to speak to a supervisor and was refused. Are they hiding something? Why was I not given a supervisor?

Is this what Honda considers customer service?
Very frustrating, and something to remember next time I buy a car.
