2 Arrested In The Rape Of 16YO New Rochelle Girl
Police said the rape occurred in the house where the men lived.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Drugs and alcohol were likely involved in the rape of a 16-year-old girl in New Rochelle. Police said Troy Winfrey, 45, and David Sepulveda, 30, allegedly raped the girl in a house on Sickles Avenue where the two men live, lohud.com reported.
The men were charged with first-degree rape.
