2nd Former Avalon Building Sold in New Rochelle
The same company now owns both of the former Avalon apartment buildings.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The two former Avalon properties in downtown New Rochelle now have the same owner.
DSF Group bought the La Rochelle high-rise apartment building Oct. 21 for $148.5 million, lohud.com said.
The group purchased the nearby Halstead New Rochelle Metro North in 2013 for $210 million.
