    • "Applications are now open for the affordable housing lottery at The Renaissance at Lincoln Park featuring 178 workforce apartments. An information session will be held on Tuesday, August 1 from 6-8 p.m. at St. Catherine AME Zion Church, 19 Lincoln Avenue and will cover application requirements, how to submit an application, how to receive technical assistance with your application, and give the opportunity to ask questions of the management company.
