• Man arrested on cannabis charges in New Rochelle (newportdispatch.com) — Police in New Rochelle arrested a 22-year-old Yonkers man after finding about 23 pounds of concentrated cannabis and additional marijuana in a rental car with a broken window on North Avenue. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle, saw cannabis packaging in plain view, and charged him with felony and misdemeanor criminal possession of cannabis.
