Arrest For 'Multiple Sex Offenses Against Multiple Teenage Children'

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A man, who police say victimized vulnerable teens, has been arrested.

The New Rochelle Police Department said on Monday that on September 20, after an investigation by New Rochelle detectives and the Westchester County District Attorney's Office, a New Rochelle man was arrested for multiple sex offenses against multiple teenage children.

52-year-old Fernando Rincon was charged with misdemeanor seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, three felony counts of second degree criminal sexual act, four counts of felony use of a child less than 17 years of age in a sexual performance, and felony third degree criminal sexual act.

Police say that due to the nature of the offenses and for the privacy of the victims, the details of the incidents are being withheld.
