Located near is a booming restaurant cafe that not only offers a wide variety of gourmet foods and specialty coffees but also specializes in catering for private or corporate events.

Their party packages begin at $16.95 per person and includes a choice of two appetizers, salad, pasta, entree, vegetable and a fruit platter.

Many students from Iona College and can be seen streaming in and out of this eatery from morning until night, meaning that not only is the food good, but the prices must be affordable.

For breakfast, a bagel and cream cheese with only run you $1.50 and most pastries such as muffins and danish are in the $2 range.

Their paninis start at $6.95, which is also the price of many of their specialty sandwiches, and their freshly individual grilled pizzas are $7.95.
