Blood Drive To Be Held In New Rochelle

Prospective donors can register and complete the paperwork online.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The New Rochelle Public Library will host an American Red Cross Blood drive from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18. It will be held in the library’s meeting room and theater stage.

To donate, you must be at least 17 and should bring a photo ID.

Donors may drop in or register by calling 1-800-REDCROSS (733-2767). One can also register online here, which allows donors to complete their pre-reading and donation questions, reducing by 15 minutes the time spent at the blood drive.

Allow 45 to 60 minutes to complete the donation.

Refreshment will be provided, and each donor will receive a $5 Dunkin’ Donuts gift card.
