Bob Marrone Returns to 'Good Morning Westchester'

The live program's focus will be Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY - A familiar voice will reappear on the airwaves of WVOX-AM.

Bob Marrone is taking over Good Morning Westchester, which airs from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday through Friday, beginning Monday Feb. 29.

Marrone said in a prepared statement that the show will be a “homecoming,” filled with old friends, new voices and lots of fun.

He said the live program, which can be found at 1460 AM or wvox.com, will feature the people who make the news and those who need their story told.

While the primary focus will be Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties, Marrone said he will cover other news as well.

Most recently, Marrone broadcast “Mornings with Bob Marrone” at WFAS-AM until the station changed its format at the end of January.

Marrone is an award-winning broadcaster who also serves as the executive director of the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce.
