Bramson to Give New Rochelle State of the City Address
The speech is free and open to the public.
The annual New Rochelle State of the City Address will be given Thursday.
Mayor Noam Bramson will deliver the address at 7:45 p.m. at Beckwith Point, 700 Davenport Ave.
Organizers said the speech is free and open to the public, but seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The address is sponsored by the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce.
Dinner seating is available for $55 per person, with a cocktail hour beginning at 6 p.m.
