A British Invasion Returns To New Rochelle 'Out Of the Blue'

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — One of the best known a cappella groups in the world will feel right at home when they journey from the storied Oxford campus to the hallowed halls of New Rochelle High School.
Out Of The Blue, Oxford University’s famed a cappella group, is on a tour of the U.S. again this spring, and the group will be making a return visit to New Rochelle for one night only. They will be performing a live concert at New Rochelle High School on Friday, March 22, at 7:30 p.m.
The internationally acclaimed group, and the top a cappella group in the UK, has built their name recognition with viral video hits that have received over 17 million views on YouTube, but it is the live concert experience that has created a dedicated fan base.

Founded in 2000, Out of the Blue is made up of of students from Oxford University and Oxford Brookes University. The group has performed on the West End and on Broadway, opened for One Direction and Weird Al in Montreal, and every year, has put on the highest grossing non-professional show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the largest arts festival in the world.

Tickets for the performance cost $20 for adults, $10 for students ($5 discount for students who attend workshop) and are available at the door or in advance here.
