Bubble Bus, Pout-Pout Fish And Tattoos: Summer Reading Kickoff Party
"Oceans of Possibilities" at the New Rochelle Library will be a "fin-tastic" time on Saturday and will help inspire a summer of reading.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Pout-Pout Fish isn't a bad guy, once you get to know him, but you can find out for yourself on Saturday.
The New Rochelle Public Library is collaborating with the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District to launch the "Oceans of Possibilities" Summer Reading Challenge with a kickoff party this Saturday, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Ruby Dee Park on Library Green.
The morning will be filled with a mix of fun activities for children and teens. Children up to age 12 will be able to sign up to participate in the summer reading challenge, which is an incentive game that encourages children to keep reading all summer. All those who sign up will receive a goody bag, a summer reading game board and a free book.
