2nd Arc Psychiatric Associates provides personalized mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults across New York State. Since 2009, our team has offered compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care with both in-person and telehealth appointments available.

We specialize in psychiatry services, psychotherapy, medication management, ADHD evaluations, anxiety and depression treatment, postpartum depression support, and advanced options such as Spravato® (Esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression. We also offer same-day appointments and flexible scheduling to help patients access care quickly when they need it most.

With offices in White Plains and Williamsburg, Brooklyn, plus virtual visits across NYS, we make high-quality mental health care accessible, supportive, and tailored to each individual. Our providers take the time to listen, create personalized treatment plans, and help patients feel heard every step of the way.

Most insurance plans are accepted, including coverage for Spravato® treatment for eligible patients.
