Join us in September as we read Our First Civil War: Patriots and Loyalists in the Revolution by H.W. Brands, a fascinating look at the American Revolution from a different perspective. Not every American wanted independence. As Patriots fought for revolution, Loyalists remained loyal to the British Crown, dividing communities and turning neighbors, friends, and families against one another.
