Adult Art Workshop: Paper Cutting in the Style of Matisse

Fall 2026 Adult Art Workshops - Get creative at NRPL! Join us each month to explore different mediums and create imaginative works of art.

Featured Workshop: Paper Cutting in the Style of Matisse

Matisse used paper cutting in the later years of his life to create amazing collages both representational and abstract. Using larger sheets of paper and larger scissors we will work on a collaborative piece of art as well as individual smaller pieces.

No registration is required, but please arrive on time and no later than  10:30 am to ensure ample time to hear the instructor’s directions and complete the project; depending on the project, we may be unable to accommodate late arrivals.
