Calling all food trucks!

The New Rochelle Summer Sounds Concert Series is returning to Hudson Park for 2026 with 20 concert dates on Wednesdays and Fridays from June 24th - August 28th. We would love to have your food truck be a part of it!

To avoid last year's last-minute chaos regarding insurance requirements and permits, we have created a Google Form - which will be the ONLY way to apply for dates. The form lists ALL the required documentation with several required releases and due dates.

Applications are DUE by APRIL 6th.

We book one dessert and two food trucks per concert. We will try to give each Food Truck at least 2 dates for the season. We ask you to check all of your preferred dates and we will do our best to accommodate your choices.

The schedule will be finalized and sent with each Food Truck's assigned dates by April 15th. We ask you to confirm your dates and submit all required documentation by May 1st.

The run of show at the concerts remains the same:

Concert Dates: Wednesdays & Fridays, June 24th - August 28th
Arrival anytime after 6:00pm (depending on your prep time)
Be ready to serve by 7:15pm
Concert begins at 7:30pm

NRCA neither charges an appearance fee nor takes a percentage of the sales -- food trucks are simply an amenity for the concert attendees. NRCA makes no guarantees of expected sales/profits, number of concert attendees or preference for type of music performed on a specific date.

NRCA mails over 35,000 concert schedules -- listing all bands and food trucks -- to all residents of New Rochelle. We will promote your food truck attendance on our social media and ask you to do the same. It's going to be a terrific summer and we hope you'll be a part of it!
