CHAPPAQUA, NY — Your next doctor appointment might just be a whole lot more convenient.

A new Northwell Health Physician Partners practice has opened in Chappaqua, bringing primary care and several medical specialties together at Chappaqua Crossing.

Northwell Health said the $3 million facility is located at 480 Bedford Road, Building C, Suite C104. The 9,400-square-foot practice includes 18 exam rooms, and offers primary care, pulmonology, gastroenterology, nephrology, infectious disease, hepatology and sleep medicine.

According to Northwell, the site was designed to make it easier for Westchester County residents to access coordinated care in one place. The practice also offers diagnostic services including X-ray and pulmonary function testing, allowing patients to see multiple specialists and receive testing at the same location.

"The goal is simple: to make healthcare more connected, more efficient and more personal," said Claire McCarthy, MD, primary care physician, NHPP. "When specialties work together patients spend less time navigating the system and more time focusing on their health and well-being."

Northwell said the new practice is one of 66 Northwell Health Physician Partners locations in Westchester and the latest addition to its presence at Chappaqua Crossing. Existing services at the site include cardiology, maternal-fetal health, pediatrics, urology and surgical specialties, along with weight management, diabetes and nutrition services.

"Our new facility at Chappaqua Crossing underscores Northwell Health’s commitment to providing access to integrated, advanced care that’s close to home for Westchester communities," said David Seligman, EVP and president, Hudson Valley and Connecticut, and chief integration officer for Northwell Health. "By bringing together primary care and a broad range of specialties and cutting-edge technology, we are creating a more seamless patient experience."

Northwell said the expansion is part of its broader investment in patient-centered care and is intended to help meet growing demand for primary and specialty services in the region. The health system also said the new hub will strengthen support for Northern Westchester Hospital by helping connect patients with care locally.

"Our pulmonary services at Chappaqua Crossing are designed to offer multidisciplinary care for complex conditions like lung nodules, pulmonary embolism and advanced airway diseases," said Bushra Mina, MD, chair of pulmonary/critical care at NWH. "By bringing together specialists and state-of-the-art diagnostics, we provide highly focused, integrated care, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support within their own community."
