Closed Catholic School Being Considered For Alternative HS
The New Rochelle school board will be discussing the proposal Wednesday.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — School officials in New Rochelle have asked the Archdiocese of New York about leasing the recently closed Holy Family School to use it to house the district's alternative high school campus.
The late-entry in the search process has large enough classrooms for social distancing, as well as a cafeteria, gym and music room, the Journal News reported.
A spokesperson for Superintendent Laura Feijóo said the district is exploring the school, which is only a few blocks from the high school, as an option.
