Coastal Flood Advisory Issued For Southern Westchester
High tides could be up to 1-1/2 feet above normal.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A Coastal Flood Advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for southern Westchester County. It is in effect from 10 p.m. Tuesday to 1 a.m. Wednesday. The advisory affects coastline locations along the western Long Island Sound.
Tides during the period could be 1 to 1-1/2 feet above normal, and there could be minor coastal flooding around the time of high tide.
The NWS said there is the possibility of flooding of the most vulnerable shore roads and/or basements due to the height of the storm tide or wave splash-over.
