Cocktails & Conversation with Restaurateur Sabrina Rudin, author of “Healthy With A Side of Happy”

Looking for an evening out that’s both delicious and inspiring? Join the New Rochelle Public Library Foundation for their next Cocktails & Conversation event at The Dining Lab at Monroe University, featuring restaurateur and food influencer Sabrina Rudin, owner of Spring Café Aspen and New York.
Sabrina will be here to talk with C & C moderator Prof. Amy Bass about her first cookbook, Healthy with a Side of Happy, and share what she’s learned about how to cook, eat and live in a healthier way for ourselves, our families and our planet. Monroe University’s renowned culinary team will prepare and serve samples from Rudin’s cookbook, which will be available for sale and signing.
Cocktails & Conversation with Sabrina Rudin will take place on Thursday, May 14 at The Dining Lab Restaurant at Monroe University (434 Main Street, New Rochelle) from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Tickets can also be purchased by mail with a check payable to NRPLF sent to New Rochelle Public Library Foundation, 1 Library Plaza, New Rochelle, NY 10801. Proceeds from this event will benefit the New Rochelle Public Library Foundation.
