Could a New Rochelle Beach Club Turn into Condos?
A proposed zoning change is on the New Rochelle City Council agenda for today, Tuesday, Feb. 9.

New Rochelle’s Beckwith Pointe Club could be converted into housing.
The developer—Zinrock Resources LP—would need to get the city council to approve a change in zoning, according to an article at lohud.com.
Zinrock would like to use the club’s peninsula site for 72 units of luxury condominiums, lohud.com said.
