Country Bank Supports Future Public Health at United Hebrew Gala
Bank Donates $7,000 to Westchester Nonprofit Providing 99 Years of Services and Health Care to Aging Seniors

Country Bank’s motto “Here you’re family” resonated strongly with all attendees of the United Hebrew of New Rochelle Autumn Gala Fundraiser on October 4th at the Glen Island Harbor Club. The nonprofit organization has emerged as a leading and respected provider of senior care within Westchester since founding its mission 99 years ago. Country Bank donated a check for $7,000 to ensure the nonprofit’s programs continue well into the future.
“Supporting organizations and causes that strengthen the communities we serve is part of our DNA,” said Carolyn T. Murphy, Country Bank Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. “Our communities are an extended part of our families, and we are grateful to the heroic work achieved by United Hebrew – as are the countless families whose loved ones have benefited from their rehabilitation and aging care services -- in its ninety-nine years of operation. We hope to feel their positive influence for another ninety-nine to come!”
The festive evening began with cocktails followed by a lavish dinner buffet and entertainment, capping off with an awards ceremony honoring four health care leaders whose passion reflect the United Hebrew mission. Proceeds from the fundraising gala will support life-enriching activities, therapies and recreational programs that foster a meaningful lifestyle for residents across the organization’s 7.5 acre campus.
