Couple Sues New Rochelle Over Raw Sewage Pumped into Their Home

New Rochelle, NY — A couple has filed a lawsuit against New Rochelle because they say the city pumped raw sewage into their house on Wilmot Road.

Alina and Albert Casadevall said as much as 8 inches of raw sewage ended up in three areas of their home and in their yard as a result of sewer work by the city’s Public Works department, an article on lohud.com said.
