Defunct Theater Could Be Start of New Rochelle Redevelopment
The city's master developer is considering a mixed-use project for the Main Street site.

A long-shuttered theater in New Rochelle could be the site of the start of a city-wide redevelopment.
According to an article on lohud.com, the city’s master developer, RDRXR, is exploring the Loew’s Theater, located in the 500 block of Main Street as a mixed-use development.
RDRXR is working out an agreement with ABS Partners Realty which owns the property, lohud.com said.
