Delivery Driver Attacked By Same Man Twice In 1 Day: NRPD
A New Rochelle man was arrested on charges related to mugging a delivery driver, then attacking him and a bystander later in the day.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A brief reign of terror is over after a man repeatedly threatened people on the street near the same corner and mugged a delivery driver, New Rochelle police said.
The trouble started on Monday at about 9:30 a.m., when police were called to the corner of Drake Ave. and John St. for reports of a robbery. A delivery driver told police he was menaced with a knife, assaulted and robbed of a neck chain by a man who had already fled the scene.
Shortly after noon the same day, the victim reported that he returned to the location to get his truck and the same suspect accosted him and punched him in the face. A bystander, who attempted to intervene, was also assaulted by the suspect who again ran off before police arrived.
