The African American Art & Cultural Appreciation Council presents it's
19th Annual Art Exhibit during the month of February in the Lumen Winter Gallery at New Rochelle Public Library.
A special artists’ talk and exhibit reception will be held on Sunday, Feb. 6, at 4 p.m.
