Eleanor Sharpe, Director of Planning for New Rochelle, will be the guest at Coffee and Conversation, Friday, May 20, 9:30 a.m. in the Meeting Room of the New Rochelle Public Library. Ms. Sharpe will discuss the proposed rewrite of the city’s Comprehensive Plan and the federal Housing and Urban Development sustainable communities regional plan focusing around the city’s transit center. Coffee and light breakfast fare are served.
