New Rochelle's annual Halloween window-painting and mask-making event will take place on Oct. 22, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
All families with kids ages 8–12 years are invited to paint Halloween scenes on the windows of downtown businesses, beginning at 10 a.m. A mask-making workshop for younger children will take place at the Library Green.
In case of rain, the workshop will be held in the New Rochelle Public Library’s Meeting Room.
