Put on your ruby slippers and follow the yellow brick road all the way to the New Rochelle Library for a screening of The Wizard of Oz, shown on a two-story high screen, on the Library Green. The evening will kick off at 8 p.m. with a costume parade and contest of the best movie inspired costumes. Prizes will be awarded for various categories. The film begins at 8:45 p.m.
Complimentary tickets will be available in the library lobby at 7 p.m.
In case of rain, the event will be held in the Ossie Davis Theater.
